Motivated: Actually, it’s been completed for a while — years ago they bought the space and fixed it up structurally, while keeping the crusty aesthetic in place. With some performances, it seems to really add to the experience. Though, some patrons have complained before, thinking it was incomplete. In this photo, it is in between productions. The balcony seats could probably use a little updating at some point, but I agree, it’s a cool space.
